About The Founder
Scott Fratianne founded Crystal Peak Capital after more than 30 years leading growth for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth SaaS startups. Today, he applies that same disciplined, data-driven approach to multifamily investing, working alongside experienced advisors, operators, and professional partners to evaluate opportunities, underwrite acquisitions, and manage risk.
Scott is advised by nationally recognized multifamily investor Matt Picheny and is an active member of Joe Fairless's Best Ever Inner Circle, where he collaborates with experienced owners, operators, lenders, and capital partners from across the country. Together, these relationships provide ongoing access to institutional best practices, peer review, and real-world operating experience that strengthen Crystal Peak Capital's investment process.
