Hotel Arro in Kanab is a Tribute Portfolio resort, a part of the Marriott Bonvoy family, located near the new south entrance to Zion National Park. It sits on 100+ acres and consists of 157 hotel rooms, 200 townhomes, a spa, restaurant, 6 pools, pickleball courts and an outfitter. It's designed to be a gateway to Southern Utah, offering a unique blend of adventure and rejuvenation for travelers. The hotel aims to provide a basecamp for exploring the natural wonders of the region, including Zion, Bryce Canyon National Park, Lake Powell and the Grand Canyon.  Our participation in this resorts includes the acquisition of multiple townhomes.
